Why Induction Annealing?

• Gas flame scorches the outside of the case, deteriorating the metal appearance and properties over time.
• Gas flame heat is never the same, as the pressure in the cannister drop the heat profile also varies greatly, different gas types also burn hotter or colder resulting in variations and inconsistency.
• Gas flame is sensitive to environmental conditions like wind drafts etc.
